this backup camera system is a game changer for backin up my giant rig. installation took me about an hour - not bad considerin all the wires. the AI detection actually works pretty good at spottin things behind you and givin alerts. night vision quality surprised me - can see clear as day even in pitch black. the 7" screen is plenty big to see everything without bein too distractin. wireless connection is solid with no lag or freezin up. DVR recording feature is a nice bonus for those "just in case" moments when someone tries to claim you backed into them.

In the process of redoing my 16-foot tool trailer and I started looking for a wireless backup camera system to aid in putting it in tight places without having to get out twenty times when I am by myself. While searching, I came across this gem.Here are my thoughts:The system arrived quickly and was packaged appropriately in a very nice retail box. It includes everything you would need to install, including some very well translated set of instructions.My installation consisted of wiring it into a switch panel that controls the other low voltage accessories (interior/exterior lighting, etc.) so it can be manually controlled when in use and powered down completely when out of service.Put the rear camera offset to the passenger side of the trailer as that is the most “blind” spot for me, plus I have a lightbar that blocks that center most point of the trailer and prevents it from being mounted dead center. I may install a second one on the rear driver corner and run the screen split to get a combined view.So, after the initial install, I immediately (literally after testing the system) ordered a second one for the inside of the trailer for use while in motion. Mainly to monitor cargo and to catch a mess before it happens because, well…I sometimes forget to secure stuff.The cameras have a high-quality picture and automatically swap to black and white with the infrared illuminators for low light/no light use. I will say that when the IR is on the amp draw is a bit higher but that is okay. (.8 amps daytime/1.5 amps IR.)On the interior of the truck, I did not use any of the mounting equipment that came with the kit. Instead, I utilized a t-bolt ball adapter and some other components to mount it to my Havis dock. The monitor can come out when not in use and put back in when its haul time. Awesome.The sunshade on the monitor is great, the screen brightness is widely adjustable and can be put into automatic sensing mode, the coolest and not really advertised part is that it can also function as a DVR, recording all the shenanigans. Just pop an SD card in and boom.There are numerous options for setting up blind spot monitors, alarms for motion/objects, etc.Syncing of the interior camera was a learning curve, but once again, the instructions were perfect and explained the process clearly.Overall, this is an awesome wireless camera system, the range is stupid good and the quality of the video is impressive.Note, this is not for regular vehicles, the cameras are designed for trailers or RV’s/Campers. Additionally, even though it is advertised as “wireless” you will still have to WIRE it into your vehicle/trailer for it to work.I highly recommend this!!

I was looking for a reliable backup camera and thought this one would be perfect. Although it’s advertised as wireless, you do need to deal with some wiring to connect the rear camera. We wanted it to activate when the vehicle shifts into reverse, so my husband planned to wire it to the reverse lights. This wasn’t the easiest task since it required locating the positive and negative poles using a multimeter, then properly wiring everything. Since we had to take our RV in for service anyway, we decided to have the mechanic handle it.Before that, I conducted a power test to ensure the connection was working correctly, and I was happy to see it performed perfectly. The image quality is amazing, much better than what my phone’s camera could capture in a video.I put it in a spot randomly and the wide viewing angle is evident. Today is cloudy and about to get dark and apparently the camera provides sharp images even in low-light conditions.The AI detection feature is a great addition, providing real-time alerts for pedestrians, vehicles, and obstacles.The HD 1080P monitor supports up to four cameras, which is great for full coverage. I also appreciate the DVR recording feature, though I had to purchase an SD card separately.Also the camera and monitor feels durable. I like the waterproof design it’s a big plus and makes it reliable in all weather conditions. Overall, this backup camera is a solid choice, feels reliable, has smart features and excellent image quality.

This CarPlay screen is super easy to use, and Bluetooth works perfectly for phone connection. Both front and rear cameras are very reliable and make parking easier now. Touchscreen is so convenient and the whole system is easy to install. Definitely recommend!

For context, I have an older VW Golf that I'd rather not replace the radio on in order to keep my factory diagnostics. However, because it is older, it doesn't have newer luxories like Apple Carplay or Android Auto. Hence, I've been looking for a standalone screen that let's me keep both. Enter this screen.I'm blown away. This integrated seamlessly with my existing system. While there are multiple options, I've got it set so my phone connects to my factory car Bluetooth and then this device outputs to my car audio via Bluetooth. It defaulted to use the screen mic, and holy heck, it blows my factory mic out of the water. Android Auto setup took seconds, and it connects almost instantly. The screen is incredibly quick and responsive as you can see in the video. I have tried a few other screens over the past handful of months, and finally, one that I actually enjoy using and works well!This one is similar to those displays in today's vehicles where you can tie your cell to it, setup camera views, music, maps, etc. I am totally impressed with the split screen feature. The widescreen format allows views of 2 normal size screens on one display. 4K DASH CAM to capture those who like to road-rage in front of you. The backup cam is simple (the color lines don't turn with the steering wheel). I wasn't able to test the AUX OUT as my vehicle only has USB inputs. Setup was a breeze to my Samsung Galaxy S21. MIRROR/CAST LINK was also very nice as well!The merchant advertised that the package came with a 64G MicroSD, which I didn't find at first, but turned out to have been inserted into the device.

I love my new CarPlay screen with Bluetooth and camera! The Bluetooth connects easily for calls and music with CarPlay. The camera helps a lot with parking and reversing. It is amazing for someone who has a car with no CarPlay and super convenient!

Love this monitor seems to be pretty easy to install. The size of the screen is perfect for my truck. Love the attachments that are included.
